You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with any age or legal requirements that apply in your country. If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to act on its behalf.
3. Services and Features

- View countdowns for holidays, observances, sporting events, entertainment events, seasonal dates, and other occasions,
- Use date, time, and timezone information associated with countdowns,
- Create personal countdown pages using the Create Your Own Countdown tool,
- Use calendar, date-copying, sharing, or similar planning features where available.
No account is required to browse public pages, view standard countdowns, or create a personal countdown through the Site’s current tools.
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed without notice. The Site does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every feature will always remain available.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Site or its interactive tools for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes. This includes:
- Submitting content that violates applicable law or the rights of another person,
- Infringing copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights,
- Using personal countdown fields to publish spam, promotional material, malicious links, or prohibited contact information,

5. User-Submitted Countdown Content
Content that you enter into a personal countdown, such as an event name or optional personal message, remains your content (“User Content”).
By submitting User Content through the Site, you grant DaysUntilDate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, and make that content available as needed to provide and operate the countdown service.
Personal countdown pages are visitor-created pages and are not official event pages. They may be shareable by their generated address and may be configured so that search engines are instructed not to index them.
Do not enter passwords, financial information, identification numbers, medical information, private contact details, confidential documents, or other sensitive information into a personal countdown title or message.
We may remove or restrict User Content that violates these Terms, creates security or legal concerns, or is inconsistent with the intended use of the countdown tools.
6. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content and material owned by third parties, the Site’s original text, design, graphics, software, code, branding, and other Site-owned materials are owned by DaysUntilDate or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Site for ordinary personal and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, republish, sell, or distribute substantial portions of Site-owned material without permission unless such use is permitted by law.
Third-party event names, organization names, trademarks, logos, and similar identifiers remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site is for identification or informational purposes and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
